The Hollow Choir 2
If the Hollow Choir thrives on dread and fascination, then this gathering is their most theatrical procession yet. Each figure here seems plucked from a fever dream of folklore, carnival, and nightmare, yet each masks something more cunning than mere horror. Together they embody the Choir’s twisted pursuit of knowledge, power, and spectacle, reminding all who witness them that the line between performance and ritual, entertainment and terror, is perilously thin.
Maelstrom Redveil
A towering red-skinned figure draped in black, Maelstrom Redveil moves with the grace of an aristocrat and the menace of a predator. Whispers claim he is a devil, but in truth, his origin is far stranger; perhaps an exile from another reality, perhaps a man who delved too deep into forbidden sciences. Redveil has no need of deals or contracts; his power lies in suggestion, manipulation, and the ability to bend those around him to his will through charisma alone. Where he walks, uncertainty follows, like smoke curling in the air.
Ringmaster Vaude-Mort
A circus contained in one man, Ringmaster Vaude-Mort juggles identities as easily as he does knives. Strongman, acrobat, clown, and master of ceremonies, he delights in pulling the strings of chaos while keeping the spotlight firmly on himself. His twisted carnival is less performance and more ritual; each act stitched together with grotesque humor and the kind of pageantry that leaves audiences laughing, then shivering as they realize they’ve been made part of the show.
Belladrex
Painted in violet and blood, Belladrex embodies contradiction: both masculine and feminine, monstrous and sacred, alluring and terrifying. Her massive form, crowned with a skull mask, moves with startling agility, striking down foes with the violence of a storm. Where she walks, onlookers feel as though they are in the presence of an idol carved from ancient fears. Her existence itself a challenge to notions of beauty, power, and divinity. To love her is to court disaster, but many still do.
Antoinette de Sang
Draped in lace and ruffles, Antoinette de Sang presents herself as fragile, even helpless, like a doll placed on display. But those who underestimate her quickly discover the truth: she is a blade wrapped in silk. Fast, cruel, and unnervingly clever, she delights in turning her prey’s expectations against them, using charm and feigned innocence as her first weapons before striking with lethal precision. Theatrics mask her cruelty, but her cruelty is always the point.
Gator Jim
Equal parts joke and nightmare, Gator Jim is the carnival freak turned loose. His body is marked with scales, implants, and filed teeth, but he never stops at subtlety, choosing instead to don a full reptile costume, doubling down on his absurd persona. Yet behind the laughter lurks danger. Gator Jim may look like the butt of the joke, but his unpredictability makes him one of the Hollow Choir’s most dangerous. It’s hard to fight a monster who leans into being ridiculous, because you’ll never see where the bite is coming from.
