The Oldfang 4

The Oldfang 4

The Oldfang are many things: beast-slayers, oath-keepers, and stubborn guardians of an older dignity. This next record in the Guild’s archives gathers a curious band within their ranks: a cowboy-samurai who can’t quite decide who he is, a pigtailed warrior whose temper is as loud as her battle-cry, a spacefaring captain whose scars only add to his legend, a rogue whose kindness masks his ruthless efficiency, and a pint-sized knight whose valor dwarfs giants. Each, in their own way, carries the Oldfang’s creed of honor, strength, and dignity into the wild unknown.

Quickdraw Kuro

Quickdraw Kuro straddles two worlds: the refined silence of the samurai and the boisterous swagger of the gunslinger. His wide-brimmed hat shades both a sharp eye and a sheepish grin, betraying his penchant for showmanship. Though his attire and demeanor suggest a man of many masks, Kuro’s heart is earnest. He is, in truth, a little awkward beneath the bravado. Still, his uncanny speed with sword and revolver alike makes him a legend on both the frontier and the battlefield.

Pepper Lightning

Bright-haired and thunder-hearted, Pepper Lightning is as fierce as she is flamboyant. Her bold armor gleams like a hero of old tales, yet her temper sparks like dry brush in a summer storm. She can bellow war cries with the gusto of a Space Marine, then laugh like a carefree farm girl moments later. Pepper thrives in chaos, striking her foes with a whirlwind’s force while rallying her companions with wild, unshakable spirit.

Captain Zex Beastwake

Few command as much respect as Captain Zex Beastwake. A warrior of noble bearing and seasoned captain of the multiverse’s deep void, Zex bears both scars and trophies of his victories. His right leg was lost to a beast of legend, now immortalized as the hood upon his head. With tusks peeking from his grin and a sword glowing with strange power, he embodies both man and monster; unyielding, proud, and unwilling to bow to fate.

Gritt Twickle

To the unknowing eye, Gritt Twickle seems disarmingly harmless; earnest, polite, and as eager to lend a hand as a child offering to fetch firewood. Yet his small frame belies a predator’s speed and the deadly calm of a seasoned slayer. When the hunt is called, the kindness in his eyes vanishes, replaced by an icy precision that unsettles even his allies. Gritt is proof that the Oldfang’s greatest strength often lies in paradoxes.

Sir Pockley Thimble

Though barely taller than his own crossbow, Sir Pockley Thimble towers in spirit. Ever-dressed like an imperial adventurer of a bygone age, he marches into danger with his machete at his side and unshakable confidence in his step. Those who underestimate him rarely do so twice. Sir Thimble has felled beasts ten times his size with the steady hand and clever tactics of a true hunter. For the Oldfang, he stands as living proof that stature does not measure valor.
